all i can think about is gargling with salt water. but i dont really think that would help.

i have huge canker sores on the right side of my mouth right now. i dont know why. i started wearing my retainer again. i wonder if my teeth have shifted back and are rubbing against my gums?

maybe they are not canker sores, rather some kind of mouth sore? i have 2. they are white and look like gross pictures on the walls of the dentist and doctor. its probably nothing, but it hurts when i eat, and i dont want to go to work tomorrow. i want to lay near naked in a hospital bed and drink orange juice and recooperate
