pale white gums as the pink drains out of my face

i am painfully anemic lately and it is starting to scare me. i know i have always been something of a hypochondriac feeling fevers i dont have, but this isnt so much of a joke. when i rub my wedding band across my face i get dark graphite lines. i am constantly tired, cold, weak and losing blood
